Lead times and Policies
Your order will generally ship the next business day if received by 3 pm (15:00) Chicago time. Well over 50% of our orders go out the same day as they come in but the realities of being a real business are that we cannot always make that happen for you. Some product may take an extra day. Converter/transducer models with a letter in the last position of the model number take 2-4 hours to build up from in-stock parts so the sooner you order the sooner they will go out. We strive to keep everything in stock as much as is humanly possible. If your order is urgent please leave us a note or send an email and we will try to fill your order as soon as possible. If we cannot ship the next day after receipt of order you WILL get a phone call (within USA) or email from us.
We are only required to collect sales tax when shipping to Illinois addresses and only on certain items. Please let us know if you have been charged for sales tax and should not have been.
A printed warranty statement will be provided each new customer who purchases an item which is under warranty. Warranty is usually one time repair/replace for defects in material and workmanship only. Abuse is not covered and this is discussed on the item page of those items which are covered under warranty.
We may, at our option, accept a return of new unused product for a full refund. If you have used the product in any way including installing it on tooling/machine refunds are refused. In the event we do accept a refund all shipping cost is your responsibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as soon as a determination can be made.
If you can convince us you should get a refund we will usually reverse the payment method you used.
